The property is located at Crohane and has been brought to market by PF Quirke. It has easy access to Fethard, Clonmel, Thurles and the M8 motorway. The auctioneer is guiding the land at €12,000/ac and the house from €100,000. The property will be offered in lots as follows:

Lot 1 is 19.5ac in stubble with good road frontage which lies in three fields. It is described as very good quality ground suitable for all farming enterprises. The guide price is €235,000.

Lot 2 is 22.5ac with a haybarn and cubicle sheds. It is all in grass.

This lot has two access points from the public road. One is off a road on the north boundary, and the second is a right of way access at the south boundary.

The buildings include a haybarn and two cubicle sheds, one of which requires renovation.

The auctioneer is guiding the land at €12,000/ac.

Cattle handling facilities and a small yard area also form part of the holding. The land is described as good quality, and the guide price is €275,000.
