Tuesday’s calf sale at Nenagh Mart saw an entry of 340 head on offer. Numbers in recent weeks were small, but have increased well this week, with larger numbers expected next Tuesday.

With plenty of exporters around the ring, prices of export-type calves ranged mainly from €70 to €110/head.
