Tonight is set to be breezy with outbreaks of rain that will be persistent and heavy at times. According to Met Éireann, it will clear in most eastern and southern parts of the country by dawn. Lowest temperatures will range from 8°C to 11°C.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, will be a windy day with occasional light rain or drizzle.

The rain will be persistent and heavy at times in the west. For most of the day, it will stay cloudy with fog on some hills and coasts. Highest temperatures will be between 13°C and 15°C. There will be fresh to strong south to southeast winds.
