Glanbia Ireland is holding additional meetings to provide technical and fodder planning advice to farmers. Last week six meetings were held and there are now a further three organised for next week.
The meetings will be held at 8pm in the following venues:
Carlow: Woodlands Dolmen Hotel – Monday 20 AugustFermoy: Corrin Event Centre (Corrin Mart) – Tuesday 21 August Wicklow: Woddenbridge Hotel – Wednesday 22 AugustTopics
To help farmers with the current fodder challenges, a number of topics will be discussed at the events.
These include dealing with the current grass shortage and winter fodder planning, catch crop options, case studies on dealing with fodder shortages, animal health and cow fertility, and the Glanbia extended credit scheme.
