Shake off the cabin fever and get yourself out to the fifth annual Tullyallen Tractor Run on Friday 27 December.

The 2017 Tullyallen Tractor Run

To date, the tractor run has raised almost €100,000 for charities close to the hearts of the people of Louth and Meath, including the oncology unit at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, and local charity, the Tullyallen Carers.

This year, the tractor run is being held in memory of local man Gerry Healy, an original founder of the event. The committee are striving to make this the biggest and best year yet in honour of Gerry, who passed away in June this year.

Registration will take place from 12pm at Tullyallen Parochial Hall. The entry fee is €20, all cars, trucks, tractors and cars are welcome to enter.

Refreshments and a raffle will take place afterwards in The Morning Star.
