The land at Park is good quality and free draining.

The land is good quality, elevated and free draining. It is laid out in four divisions with no waste. There is frontage on two public roads.

The residence is a former parochial house. It is two-storey over basement and it has four bedrooms. It is accessed by a sweeping driveway through cut-stone piers. There are granite steps at the front and rear entrances.
