Following a term as vice-president, Tyrone native Kyle Baxter has been appointed as the President of TAMA (Tractor and Machinery Association) in New Zealand. TAMA in New Zealand is similar to the FTMTA here in Ireland, it’s the association that represents machinery importers, distributors, manufacturers and dealerships across NZ.

Originally from Newtownstewart, Co Tyrone, Kyle studied Agricultural Engineering at Harper Adams College. After spending a few years working with agricultural contractors and on large scale farming operations in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, Kyle took on a European commercial training role with CNH Industrial group (Case New Holland).

An opportunity arose in New Zealand with the importer of CNH equipment, CB Norwood, where he continues to work today. During the past 15 years Kyle has moved into various roles across the Norwood business, from operations manager to executive brand manager. He is currently the strategic business manager for the firm.
