This week, on pages 12-13 of Irish Country Living, Rosalind Skillen tackles men’s physical and mental health, featuring Tom and Edward Treanor and family from Monaghan. The article details South East Technology University (SETU) analysis that two in five (40%) men die prematurely – before the age of 75. The vast majority of these premature deaths are preventable.

So what can you do? The first step for many is a health check up. If you feel you’re not ready for that, then what about starting your physical health improvement journey by taking 30 minutes of your day to take some exercise. It will be the most valuable return to you and your business.
