Next week sees one of the largest beef events of the year take place at Teagasc, Grange, Co Meath.
It’s an important day for beef farmers to get an update on the current research and have a look at the technologies. Beef farms have always been a little behind the curve when it comes to technology adoption.
The part-time nature and time constraints are sometimes used as an excuse for poor technology adoption, but this should in one way drive efficiencies on farms.
The Irish Farmers Journal stand will be located in the yard area and we will be recording a live episode of our podcast, Farm Tech Talk around lunchtime on the day.
Be sure to pop into the stand for a chat with the team if you are attending BEEF 2026.
