With no end of little chefs and bakers participating in our Kids in the Kitchen series, there is lots of inspiration in the air. Keen to make something savoury that the whole family could enjoy, in episode 14, six-year-old Raine McKeever shows us how to perfect Neven Maguire's fish fingers with her own secret ingredient.

Although Neven in his recipe this week suggests spicing up the breadcrumbs with curry powder, chilli powder or sesame seeds, Raine and her sister are not too keen on “spicy” so she uses some paprika instead. She also doesn’t have a deep fat fryer and mammy is a little scared of open pans of oil so she baked her fish fingers.
