Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed has finally announced the details of an €8-12/bale fodder transport scheme for farmers facing shortages the north west.

In Brussels, farmer Tom Clair and MEP Sean Kelly told markets specialist Phelim O’Neill about a petition Clair brought to the EU over a case of untagged cattle on his farm dating back to 2001.
