Peter Thomas Keaveney was in Co Galway at the Farm Contractors Ireland western regional meeting to get the views of contractors on the proposed NCT for tractors. Views on the idea were ranged, with some saying it could get unfit tractors off the road, while others feel it is an unnecessary regulation.
