Four leading ladies of the Galway food scene will be sharing their experiences in a free panel discussion this Saturday 4 April as part of the Galway Food Festival. Taking place in Loam Restaurant at 4pm, the panel will include journalist and food guild writer Barbara Collins; Michelle Crehan of The Kitchen at the Museum; Cait Noone, head of the Department of Hotel & Tourism Management at GMIT; and Gill Carroll, business woman and creator and owner of 37 West.
