The Health and Safety Authority is investigating a farm death in north County Dublin. The man, aged in his 60s, was working on the roof of a shed on his farmyard in Naul and fell through roof sheeting. This is the third farm fatality in 2015.
A total of 30 people lost their lives while on Irish farms in 2014, one of the worst years on record for farm deaths.
