The Supreme Interbreed Beef Champion of the 2016 Bandon Show was awarded to Ardnacrusha Jasmine exhibited by Donal Moloney, Ardnacrusha, Co Clare. This Limousin heifer had previously taken the championship spot in the Limousin section and went on to be crowned the Beef Champion of the show. The heifer was born in October 2014 and is sired by Wilodge Vantastic.

The Reserve Supreme Interbreed Beef Championship went to Trevor Dudley, Dovea, Thurles, Co Tipperary with his senior Hereford bull, Glaslough Judge. Judge was born in March 2010 and is sired by Cill Cormaic Playboy. This bull is the senior herd sire at Kilsunny Herefords and it was his first outing on the summer show circuit of the season.
