  • After a deposit is paid over, he will sometimes send confusing text messages telling the receiver to “stop changing the measurements” or referring to a new order.
  • If materials are delivered, they are often the wrong size and not CE-marked.
  • When he is challenged about a shed not being delivered or incorrect materials, he accuses the shed purchaser of breaching their contract and threatens to sue them.
