A number of shops across the country will be recalling Glenmór beef quarter pounders, made by BWG Foods, due to some products having an incorrect use-by date on their labels, according to the Food Safety Authority Ireland (FSAI).
The implicated batch has a use-by date of 27/08/2018. However, the correct use-by date is 27/07/2018. The FSAI is advising customers not to consume the product after 27/07/2018.
The batch with this labelling fault was sold in shops supplied by BWG Foods, namely Spar, Eurospar, Londis, Mace and XL stores.
