Anne and Vincent Flynn from Forenaught, Co Waterford, run a Limousin suckler herd. They also rear horses and grow some barley, along with their own fodder beet. Vincent is taking advantage of the good weather to spread slurry on some stubble fields. \ Philip Doyle
