A man in his 40s had been killed after he came off a quad bike and sustained serious head injuries yesterday evening.
The incident occurred around 7pm on a local road at Mullinboys, near Mountcharles, Co Donegal, on Sunday 17 June.
It is not yet clear whether it is a farm-related accident.

No other vehicles were involved in the collision.
In a statement Gardaí said the man was taken by ambulance to Letterkenny Hospital and later transferred to Beaumont Hospital where he has since passed away.
The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) is also aware of the incident and is currently investigating.
