Farmers are busy during the current good spell of weather making hay and silage.

Young Thomas Morrissey, aged three, was out checking hay to see if it was fit for baling in Tipperary.
In Co Down, the mower and silage trailers are out at the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) as they make the most of the good weather.

In Wexford, Craig Masterson was busy baling hay this week.

Meanwhile, in Western Australia, this load of hay is being drawn 1,600km to a cattle station.
It has 72 round bales on it and the haulier is also transporting 20 water troughs. Thanks to Hughie Manus for sending it in.
