The High Court injunction obtained last week by Kepak against eight farmers who protested at Kepak Ennis has been made permanent.
Both the meat processor and the farmers gave their consent to this, the court was told.
The eight farmers named in the injunction were Donie Shannon, Brian Eustace, Flan Sheehan, Pat Cahir, Peter Meere, Pat O'Rourke, Gerard Keen and Marty McMahon.

Blockading
The farmers agreed to permanently cease any blockading of the Kepak plant or intimidation.
Kepak will not seek either legal costs or damages from the farmers.
This was presented to the court by Kepak counsel Anthony Thuillier.
It was then agreed to by the IFA's legal team, which represented the eight farmers.
However, the Beef Plan Movement is not included in this settlement.
