The May trend of milk volume increase continued into June
The CSO reported the June 2019 figure at 994bn litres, a 7.5% lift on the 2018 figure. Our tally results this week suggest the June 2020 supply will have gone up another 40m litres, comfortably breaking the 1bn-litre mark.

The May trend of milk volume increase continued into June. Glanbia estimates suggest June milk supply is up by approximately 5%.
Dairygold estimates that supply is up 3% and Lakeland is up 5%. The west Cork co-ops are up between 3% and 6%. Kerry Group supply bounced up 3.3% in June.
