The Irish Farmers Journal understands that four workers have tested positive for COVID-19 at the Rosderra Irish Meats pig plant in Clara, Co Offaly.
All 68 staff were understood to be tested last Friday which resulted in the cases being discovered.
The company previously had large outbreaks of the virus among staff in their plants in Edenderry and Roscrea but the plant in Clara is understood to still be in operation.

ABP Clones
Separately, there were two cases of COVID-19 in ABP Clones and all staff at the plant are now being tested for the virus.
"The testing is a precautionary measure that will be carried out by a private company in conjunction with the HSE.
"ABP was notified of a positive COVID-19 case among its workforce at the Clones facility and, following HSE testing of close contacts of the worker concerned, the company has been notified of a second case," an ABP spokesperson said.
