A 43ac farm, which comes with planning permission for a solar farm and a lease agreement, has come on the market.

Speaking to the Irish Farmers Journal, Daniel Long, whose father is selling the land, explained that rather than leasing the land for 30 years, his father has opted to sell the land with the lease in place and realise its value today.
The land comes with a pre-agreed options agreement, which, once exercised, will trigger a lease for 30 years. The planning permission is in place for 40 years.
