A reward of £500 has been offered for information that could lead to the recovery of two blocks of cheddar cheese stolen from the Yeovil Show in the UK.
The Somerset Live website reports that Richard Clothier of Wyke Farms is appealing for information after two of his prized cheddar cheese blocks were stolen.
Clothier won champion and reserve champion over the weekend for his cheddar and is now offering £500 to anyone with valuable information relating to the theft.

It is reported that after the judging had taken place the two blocks of cheddar were stolen from the cheese tent at the show.
Clothier, who is also managing director at Wyke Farms, told Somerset Live: “Our vintage cheddar is made to Grandmother Ivy’s recipe and we believe it to be the best quality cheese available, a 20kg block of it is extremely tempting.”
