The Irish Farmers Journal's Aidan Brennan started the meeting with a technical presentation and Q&A with an update on the current market position and what costs can be cut.
David Kerr, a Laois dairy farmer, gave a 15-minute presentation on managing to stay positive and his own battle with depression.
Jack Kennedy interviewed Olin Greenan, an Irish farmer share milking in New Zealand, and discussed what we can take from other countries managing price volatility and low prices.
The meeting also featured a panel discussion chaired by Irish Farmers Journal Editor Justin McCarthy on managing finances in 2015, featuring the IFA's Sean O Leary, the IFAC's Ben Fogarty and the Irish Farmers Journal's Peter Young.
