GVM Auctioneers, Limerick, are handling the sale of Cloverfield house and farm, a property consisting of a two-storey farmhouse and farmyard set on 133 acres. Cloverfield is situated at Dromkeen, Co Limerick, about 30 minutes drive from Limerick city.

The residence is currently in some disrepair and would need substantial work before it could be lived in. The farmyard is located a short distance from the house and comprises a number of old stone outbuildings and sheds, including a cubicle shed, silage slab, slurry tank, cattle crush and yard, a four-bay hay barn and a five-unit milking parlour that is currently not in use.
