These terms and conditions relate to the Irish Farmers Journal website and other digital products and services offered by the Irish Farmers Journal.

If untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information si supplier by a user, we have the right to suspend or terminate services supplied to that user.
Users are entirely responsible for the confidentiality of the their account password.
The Irish Farmers Journal is not liable for losses incurred by third parties accessing user’s accounts, with or without the user’s knowledge.
However, the user may be held liable for losses incurred by the Irish Farmers Journal as a result of a third party accessing a user’s account.

Every print, digital and insert advertisement submitted for publication is subject to Publisher’s approval. Publisher may at it’s absolute discretion at any time:
a. Refuse to publish any advertisement without giving any reason (in which case, no charge to the Advertiser will be incurred)
b. Cancel a campaign (in which case, no charge to Advertiser will be incurred for the unpublished portion of the campaign)
Publisher owes no duty to Advertiser to review, approve or amend any Advertisement and no review, approval or amendment by Publisher will affect Advertiser’s responsibility for the content of the advertisement.
All advertisement material must be supplied to the exact dimensions specified in the booking and in the correct format. Should they not be, the publisher reserves the right to alter the file or omit the advert altogether without referral. Any such alterations will be chargeable and the publisher accepts no responsibility for any errors, which may occur as a result. Likewise, any corrections requested by the advertiser after supplying the copy will be rechargeable and again the publisher accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of such alterations.
