174 farmers receive GLAS payments

The Department of Agriculture has released another weekly batch of delayed GLAS payments.

All outstanding GLAS payments relate to requests for additional information, according to the Department of Agriculture.

Some 174 farmers were paid a total of €593,553 under GLAS I and II, the Department announced this Friday.

According to the Department, all farmers remaining to be paid have been asked for further information and payments will issue as their replies are reviewed.

The Department invites GLAS I and II applicants to check their agfood.ie account for details of the latest payent run.
