A parcel of land, extending to circa 43.19 acres, at Bloacreen, Gorey, Co Wexford, has just come to the market and will be offered for sale by public auction. According to selling agent James Kinsella of Sherry Fitzgerald O’Leary Kinsella, Gorey, it is “a nice arable piece of land suitable for any crop”.

Kinsella said there had been a fair bit of interest so far from locals and others further afield. The land is situated 3.5km from the centre of Gorey town and comes with good road frontage. Planning permission has been recently granted for an entrance on to the lands from the public road and it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to construct this entrance.

The farm will be offered for sale by public auction on Thursday 11 September at 3pm in the Sherry Fitzgerald O’Leary Kinsella auction rooms at Esmonde Street, Gorey. No guide price has been set and there are no entitlements.
