I see Teagasc is on the hunt for a new pension manager. This will be a busy role. It is no secret that Teagasc’s pool of pensioners has been expanding. In fact, it now has more pensioners than staff. At the most recent count, there were 1,178 staff members working for Teagasc, while there are 1,684 drawing a pension from the body.
