Car diesel prices fell by 12%, with farmers now paying an average price of 102.76 per litre.
There was also a 20% decline in the price of kerosene this quarter, falling to 20%.
Following the publication of the report, Inputs Project Team chair with the IFA, James McCarthy, called for farmers to challenge suppliers to reduce fuel prices in line with declining oil prices internationally.
