The board of Aurivo co-op has followed the lead of other processors and increased its August milk price by 1.5c/l bringing its price to 23.2c/l excluding VAT.

Carbery group also came up by 1.5c/l and all four of its co-ops implemented the increase. The Lisavaird price is now at 25.15c/l excluding VAT while Bandon is at 24.66c/l excluding VAT. The Barryoe price for August is at 25.25c/l. Meanwhile Drinagh is at 25.15c/l. excluding VAT

The price paid is based on 3.3% protein and 3.6% fat. The Irish Farmers Journal reports milk price excluding VAT.
