Tipperary town-based auctioneers Matthew Ryan & Son is handling the sale of an attractive 47.5 acre holding at Poullaculleare, outside Cahir, Co Tipperary. According to selling agent Matt Ryan, the farm is located close to the Kilcoran Lodge Hotel and adjacent to the M8 motorway.
All in one block, the land is said to have been well maintained over recent years and is well laid out in paddocks with a central farm roadway. The land is all under grass and, according to Ryan, would be a perfect outside holding for a farmer, or a good starting block for a new entrant.

Ryan will offer the farm for sale by public auction on Wednesday 12 October at the Cahir House Hotel at 3pm. The Tipperary auctioneer says he has received reasonable interest in the farm so far and is guiding the entire at €9,000 per acre.
