Drinagh Co-op has increased its June milk price for suppliers by 1c/l.

Following a meeting of the board of directors of Drinagh Co-op this week, suppliers will receive a base price of 33.29c/l, excluding VAT at 3.6% butterfat and 3.3% protein.

The June price includes a summer somatic cell count (SCC) bonus of 0.5c/l and an SDAS bonus of 0.15c/l.

It is one of the last processors to set a milk price for June and Drinagh’s milk price increase is in line with that of the other co-ops around the country.
