EW Technologies pick up award from Fingal Chamber of Commerce
EW Technologies recently won the customer service company of the year award at the annual Fingal Dublin Chamber of Commerce Awards, writes Mary Phelan.
EW Technologies is a water treatment company which places a particular focus on water softening. Their European head office is in Blanchardstown, while the company also has offices in Galway, London, Krakow, Prague and Munich.
EW Technologies recently won the customer service company of the year award at the annual Fingal Dublin Chamber of Commerce Awards, an award contested by companies all over Dublin.
The award was presented to managing director David Forde by host Marty Whelan. In his acceptance speech, David Forde attributed the company’s success to the friendly and professional manner in which staff handle customer requests, and the professional, hard-working attitude of the staff towards their customers.

The company received secret shopper calls from the Chamber’s awards committee, who were impressed with the product knowledge of EW Technologies’ sales and customer service staff, and the friendly way calls were dealt with.
