A farmer in his 70s has died following an accident involving cattle outside Gorey, Co Wexford.
It is understood that the farmer was moving cattle on Wednesday evening when the incident happened.
An Garda Síochána has confirmed to the Irish Farmers Journal that the man passed away last night in Wexford General Hospital as a result of the injuries he received.

The man has been named locally as Thomas (Tom) Nolan.
It brings to seven the number of fatalities that have happened on Irish farms to date this year.
Each year nearly half of all farm deaths, and many more serious accidents, are linked to tractors and machinery.
Four of the fatal farm accidents this year have been involving tractors or machinery.
