Senior agricultural assistant wanted for UCD Lyons Farm

University College Dublin is inviting applications for a senior agricultural assistant for the 220ha mixed enterprise farm on the Lyons estate. The assistant provides support for the agricultural science and veterinary medicine teaching and research programmes. The appointee will report to the farm manager and day-to-day duties will include assisting with the operation of the dairy herd, including milking, care/feeding of livestock, general farm maintenance, assistance with research/ teaching activities and some tractor work.
