Grass & Muck nearly full

At this point, nearly all outdoor exhibition space in the trade village area at this year’s FTMTA Grass & Muck has been booked and any firms interested in exhibiting in this area are urged to submit their completed application as soon as possible.

In addition to the limited remaining availability of outdoor stands, there are also some indoor stand opportunities in the farmyard adjacent to the silage pit demo.

All working demonstration grass plots at this year’s FTMTA Grass & Muck event have now been booked and no further requests for grass working plots can be considered.

Plot allocations will be advised to exhibitors in the coming weeks.

FTMTA Grass & Muck will take place on Thursday 12 May at Gurteen Agricultural College near Birr. Online tickets sales for Ireland’s premier farm machinery event of 2016 will open before the end of February.

Kverneland Ireland event

FTMTA member firm Kverneland Ireland will hold the third offering of their “The Future of Farming Expo” at The Hub, Cillin Hill, Kilkenny on Thursday next, 18 February. The indoor event will take place from 11am to 8pm; admission is free and light refreshments will be served. The event will see the Irish launch of 10 new Kverneland machines. Those pre-registering to attend on www.kverneland.ie will be in with a chance to win a €250 parts voucher.

Open day for Meath Farm Machinery

FTMTA member firm, Meath Farm Machinery Ltd will hold an open day in conjunction with its new franchise, Claydon, on Friday 12 February from 4pm to 9pm at its premises at Kilberry, Navan, Co Meath.

The event will include a presentation by Jeff Claydon and refreshments will be served.
