The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine issued GLAS payments to 428 farmers on Friday. The latest run of payments to participants in GLAS I and II equates to €1.5m.
This means there are still 4,265 GLAS payments to be made to farmers by the department.
To date, payments have been made to 32,549 farmers, equating to €115m.
Some €500,000 in AEOS payments was issued by the Department of Agriculture to 219 herd owners this week also.
This leaves 1,391 farmers waiting to be paid under AEOS.
