Grow HQ centre manager

Grow It Yourself (GIY) is a community of people who grow their own food. It was founded in Waterford in 2009 and is currently seeking a centre manager for its GROW HQ, which will be GIY’s national food education centre. It will open in Waterford city this September. The centre will include a 65-seat café, shop, grow school, cookery school and food garden.

A candidate with a third-level degree in catering, hotel or retail with five years’ experience in a fast-moving food and beverage or retail organisation at management level is sought. An Cumann Camógaíochta seeking Brand Guardian

The Camogie Association is looking for a head of commercial and communications.

This person will be the brand guardian for camogie in Ireland and responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of marketing, sales promotion and communication strategies for the Camogie Association to increase player participation and attendance at games.

This person will also be responsible for sponsorship, partnership and commercial opportunities that will help drive revenue. The appointment will be on a fixed-term contract basis of five years. Closing date 28 April.
