Horse Sport Ireland (HSI) will honour Ireland’s sport horse breeders at the HSI breeding awards. Just as in previous years, honours will be given to the breeders of top performers during the past season. Getting special mention will be the highest-placed Irish-bred show jumpers at the WBFSH Young Horse Championships in both show jumping and eventing. Breeders of our best show jumper and eventer in the world rankings will also be recognised. It is expected that once again one person from the breeding community will get a special award for their lifetime contribution.
Once the awards have been finalised, a date in early November will be announced, which may coincide with the Irish Horse Breeders Co-op AGM.
