The event is taking place between 5pm and 7pm on the farm of Dan Lynam at Templeoran South, Tyrrellspass, with KT registration from 4.45pm to 5.45pm.

Dr Mary McEvoy of Germinal, Teagasc drystock adviser David Webster, Chris Maughan of TP Whelehan crop protection and Emer Kearney of IAS Laboratories will address current issues in reseeding. They will cover best practice in reseeding, seed varieties, pasture profitability and economics of reseeding, soil testing and nutrients and spray choices.

Live demonstrations of reseeding methods will include ploughing, one-pass, discing, and direct reseeding, eg Güttler.

The event is free and open to all farmers.
