IFBA on study tour to Holland

The Irish Farm Buildings Association (IFBA) is organising a study tour to the Netherlands from 1 to 6 June 2015. It will include visits to:

  • Commercial farms.
  • Agricultural Research Facilities at the Wageningen Agricultural University Dairy Campus at Leeuwarden.
  • The Lely BV manufacturing facilities for milking equipment and forage machinery.
  • The MBI Beton BV precast concrete plant.
  • Bomech BV manufacturing facilities for low emission slurry application equipment.
  • Tomatoworld (the Dutch knowledge centre for greenhouse agriculture).
