The secret's out! Kieran Burns, proprietor, Burns Butchers, Sneem, County Kerry, making the famous Sneem black pudding, a speciality at Christmas time, watched closely by Arthur Doniec, who has worked with Kieran for seven years. The Burns family butchers are in existence in Sneem for four generations, and the black pudding is hand made since 1960.
