Good morning. In the news today, Friesland Campina has reported that milk prices have bottomed out while politicians have called on Minister Creed to intervene in the ABP-Slaney merger.

Many places dry tonight with clear periods and just a few showers in northern parts. Some patchy mist or fog developing and overnight lows of 10 to 13 degrees Celsius. Cloud thickening later in the night with rain moving into southwestern and southern areas.

Dutch dairy company FrieslandCampina is reporting a 16.7% decrease in profit for the first half of 2016, but said that milk prices have bottomed out.
