JUST 173 farmers have been paid under GLAS I and II in the last week.
This leaves 3,815 applicants remaining to be paid since October 2016.
This equates to more than 10% of all farmers taking part in GLAS I and II.
In all, GLAS payments totalling €117,238,980 have issued to 32,988 farmers.
Meanwhile, around 1,000 GLAS III applicants cannot currently submit their BPS applications online.
A Department spokesman said the issue relates to GLAS farmers whose data is currently being amended, adding “We expect to resolve this shortly.
“The issue outlined is not impacting on 2016 GLAS I and II outstanding payments.”
