Twenty-seven contestants from around the country descended on Kilkenny at the weekend for the 14th annual Mr Personality Festival, organised by Kilkenny County Macra na Feirme.
John Martin Carroll from Co Kerry was declared the winner of Mr Personality 2019 on Saturday night.
He was presented with a €500 cheque, a perpetual trophy and a weekend break in Springhill Court Hotel.
In second place was Conor Ryan from North Tipperary and third was Ciaran O'Donnell from Roscommon.

Conor received a trophy and a cheque for €300 and Ciaran received a trophy and €200.
The winner is from Causeway Macra club and is a 32-year-old owner at JMC Designs. His hobbies and interests include Taekwondo, keeping fit and raising money for charities.
