Today’s show takes a look at some of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for beef production in Ireland.

Joining Adam Woods on today’s show will be Paul Crossan, beef enterprise leader at Teagasc, Grange.

Paul will talk about the economics of suckler beef production and the future challenges and opportunities for the suckler beef sector.

Pearse Kelly, Teagasc will talk about dairy calf to beef productions systems and give some advice to famers embarking down that road.
