Spring lambs
One of Teahan’s Kerry Hill ewes recently gave birth to a set of sextuplet lambs. \ Barry Cronin
The Leaving Cert student found the ewe with five lambs on his 11am break from school, with the sixth lamb delivered on his lunch break.
Teahan attributes the rare phenomenon to his Blue Texel ram, which has also fathered six sets of triplets this season.
